To tame him I used the double freezing trap technique: Set a freezing trap, wait for the cool down, summon Arikara, pull him into the trap & set another one right away, back up a little & start taming, when the first trap wears off he'll hit the next one & he should only hit you once or if you backed up enough, not at all. (Passive Skills: * Arcane Resistance* Avoidance* Cobra Reflexes* Fire Resistance* Frost Resistance* Great Stamina* Natural Armor* Nature Resistance* Shadow Resistance) * Learnable Skills: Bite, Dive, Lightning Breath, Cower, Growl, and passive skills

Once you call the serpent using the Incendia Powder, tame it, its a pretty cool pet, once you use "Call Pet" on it, it appears in a puff of smoke, and you hear a strange noise.Īs I see, it don't have any special abilities (like Poison Spit) upon taming, Bhats the only disadvantage. (For Alliance) Have a horde buddy repeat this process, but when Arikara is summoned, have the Alliance tame it instead, then the horde can re-summon Arikara, and finish the quest, or tame it for him/herself. To get up to where Arikara is, look at this map, it should point you in the right direction.
